About Library Files WordFusion Libraries are used to organize, preview and manage Forms, Info Files and Document Templates in related groups. For example, a debt recovery team might use a Library File to fill out, save, and view files related to account demand files.
Folders in the Library are linked to a Windows Folder, when the user adds a folder to the Library files contained in the folder will be displayed by the Library. Files that are recognized by WordFusion will be able to be previewed in the preview window.
Folders in the Library can be local or network shares with permissions to view, create and delete files.
