- To be able to understand the difference between using a Form and Designing a Form
What is a User?
A WordFusion User uses Forms to (Fill-In data) and creates documents from the assembled information.
The WordFusion Library holds a number of standard Forms from which a selection can be made to enter data.
Word Fusion in Action
For example, Word Fusion can help improve the efficiency and accuracy of a company's debt collection department. Before WordFusion was available a debt management officer that was in the process of sending demands to overdue Debtors had to manually create each correspondence entering the customers details, amounts and other personal detail each time. This potentially introduces errors and inconsistencies with previous correspondence. Further more if the Correspondence was for a 90 day account rather than a 30 day account then the correspondence may require an optional clause citing extra penalties. This is an example of a business rule that WordFusion is perfectly designed to manage.

What does using a Form Mean?

This helps the user enter and submit information in a consistent, systematic way and reduces the likelihood of data-entry errors and improves the overall process of gathering similar information from different users.
